The list of services offered:

    1. Development of structured wiring plans including full security, automation and recommended lighting layout. Fee for this service is $750.00 + GST and where possible, includes a CAD drawing with all devices and cable types delineated.

    2. End to end installation of structured wiring rough-in and fit-off using fully licensed and approved electricians and cablers, all ACMA approved.

    3. Specification and supply of recommended hardware including smart security systems, home automation controllers, touchscreens, wireless interface devices (both medium and long range) with interface technologies capable of using the latest integration protocols from leading OEM's.

    4. Full system platform development including multi-room audio, Home Theatre, infrared distribution either zoned or integrated multi-room command capability, security systems with Intercom extension, automation controllers seamlessly interfaced to the "whole house" network, including data/serial control locally or remotely, PC based direct programming by the end user and real time testing tools to prove any changes, additions or update features. Depending on selection of supplier/installer, a system management platform can also be configured to control HVAC, automated blinds, various lighting protocols (C-Bus, Dynalite, mesh RF and powerline carrier) with inputs from digital temperature sensors, CCTV cameras, moisture controls, CE equipment probes and a whole lot more.

    5. Programming support and training that involves technology transfer to the end user for future updating and management option changes as the system matures and expands.

    6. Firmware and software updates to existing system infrastructure as and when they become available.DIY
